There are many methods to get this trophy and we will tell you most of them in case your having trouble with it. There are only a few spots in the campaign where you can obtain this trophy, those missions are the ones involving Russian helicopters like Whiskey Hotel. When you see an enemy rappelling down from a helicopter , shoot them down as quick as you can and if they fall to the ground dead the trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. This trophy can also be obtained in special ops, There's two missions where it's possible to get the trophy and those missions are called 'overwatch' and 'suspension'. If you have two controllers it's easier to get in 'overwatch', firstly set player 1 as the AC130 pilot. Then once the game starts ignore the second controller and just leave him standing there. Switch to thermal mode in the AC130 and look out for helicopters, as soon as you see illuminated people dropping out the helicopter fire the smaller missile at the helicopter a few times and that will net you the trophy easily. The second possible mission is 'suspension'. As soon as the mission starts you will be on a bridge, you will notice to gaps either side of this bridge. Enemies will rappel down through the gaps on either side. What you will want to do is walk forward while aiming at the sides of the bridge and as soon as you see an enemy rappelling down, shoot him. There's plenty of chances to do it during the mission though so don't worry too much. You can also restart if you fail. Here is a video by Nextgentactics:

You can get this in campaign, in missions like Whiskey Hotel or The Only Easy Day... Was Yesterday, but you can do it in Spec Ops mission called Suspension in Alpha. Take a few steps, and from both sides of the bridge there will be a squad descending. Kill two of them, and achievement unlocked. Here's a video by Mistical:
Another good mission to get this on is the Special Ops mission Overwatch. If you are the player in the AC-130, you can shoot down enemy helicopters easily with the 40 mm weapon. When you see an enemy helicopter, wait until there are a couple enemies dropping out of it. Once you see them, shoot the helicopter down. All of the rappelling enemies will drop down and die and you will get the achievement.
