This achievement is story related and can be achieved by completing the mission "The Sins of The Father:. The achievement pops at the end of the mission cutscene. Don't forget to check out Maka91's guide for the 30 intel locations as this mission has 2 intel.

Because the description does not make it clear, this achievement cannot be missed, and will be earned upon the completion of:

Act 2 - "Sins of the Father".
