This achievement is story related and can not be missed. You will unlock it after completing the very first mission. It is basically an introduction to the game. You can also get two achievements on this level by doing the mockup in 19 and in 15.1 seconds or fewer. For this achievement, simply complete the first introduction stuff, then head over to Cpt. Price, complete the mockup at least once and then head over to Price for the debriefing.

Act 1 - "F.N.G":

This is the first mission of the game, and serves as a brief tutorial. You will practice several methods of fire between your primary and secondary firearms. Afterwards, head back where you started to the door to automatically open it. Head right, then forward a few buildings down where the objective marker points. Head inside, then to the right side of the scaffolding and climb the ladder. You will be asked to run an obstacle course. Make sure to take advantage of auto aim to hit targets quickly and accurately. The less targets you miss, the larger bonus number of seconds will be deducted from your final time. Repeat the course as many times as you wish, and then head back over to Cpt. Price to complete the mission. Don't worry, you can manually change the difficulty before the next mission.

Complete the F.N.G. mission on any difficulty. F.N.G. is the tutorial mission of the game. It will teach you the basics then have you complete a run through of the Cargo Ship Mockup Test. You can repeat this test as many times as you like and your best time will determine which difficulty the game recommends you play on. You can choose whichever difficulty you like, though.
