Mission: The Bog

The opportunity to save Roycewicz comes when you turn on your night vision and enter the building. As you go up the stairs, Roycewicz will be attacked and you will have to kill the enemy that appears. It unlocks immediately after saving him.

Act 1 - "The Bog":

At the start of the level, stick to the right and head through the gate. Continue forward to the building ahead. Cpt. Price will order you and Roycewicz to take the building. Pvt. Roycewicz should be to your right at the base of the stairs. Let him go up the first flight alone, and he will be attacked by an enemy. Simply shoot the enemy without killing Roycewicz or letting him die.

1. During the mission War Pigs, pick up a shotgun as soon as possible.
2. After that, at a certain point you are ordered to walk up the stairs (right after you have to use your night vision goggles). The stairs make a 180 degrees turn and consist of 2 sets of stairs (like this: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/62065301084246685/). On the part in the middle, there will be an enemy waiting. Kill him immediately, before he has the change to shoot. After you kill him, the achievement will be granted.

Here is a YouTube guide that I made.

The level for this Achievement is The Bog.

You must stab or shoot the enemy that is trying to take down Pvt Roycewicz on the stairs after Lt. Vasquez tells both of you to go upstairs after the first group of enemies when you're wearing night vision goggles.

If you take too long he will die and you miss the Achievement.

The first member of your team that will start climbing the stairs here is Roycewicz and he’ll get attacked by an enemy at the first corner. You can run ahead and kill this enemy before he attacks or wait until they are grappling with each other. Just make sure to kill the enemy before he kills Roycewicz.
