As an alternative, you can grab an RPG from the guy shooting you with it and kill the sniper from there. I unlocked it like that.

Yeah killing the sniper with the RPG in my opinion is a quicker method

About half way through the open area they will start firing rpgs. There is a square building about 50m from hadir and on the upper area I found the RPG solider. Killed him then shot the tower and as soon as they said I killed the Sniper the achievement popped. Not to tough on Veteran. If you get shot just die or reload. Found it easier to head down the road and keep the walls and field on your left side.

- Once you get outside you will enter an area with a rooftop sniper which you can see by the muzzle flash and red laser sight
- You CAN'T get hit by him, however getting shot my other enemies is fine.
- I chose to run/fight my way up the right side of the area...once I got the the end of the Yellow Bridge I cooked a grenade and threw it near the sniper on the roof taking him out easily. Alternatively you can continue a little bit forward and kill the sniper once you enter the warehouse if you prefer to do it that way.
+ With every miscellaneous Achievement use "Reload Checkpoint" to your advantage, also difficulty won't void any of these so you can do them all on Recruit

Mission 11:
After you break out of your cell and steal the weapons, you'll have to clear two corridors of Russian soldiers. After this, a helicopter will fly over and you'll reach a courtyard. The sniper will have a laser sight which makes it easy to know where hes targeting. There's not much cover on the left so stick right-mid while clearing out enemies. It is very difficult to rush the warehouse, so I used an RPG I found near the top of the stairs leaning against a table on the right side. Shoot it at the sniper, kill him, and the achievement should pop after a few seconds. You can get it by killing him when reaching the warehouse, but I found the RPG easier. The normal soldiers can hit you, it's only the sniper you have to avoid.

You can get this on Mission 11 Captive. Once you see the fleeing Helicopter its time to start being careful. Make sure you move in between shots and stay crouched and even crawl if you have to. There should be plenty of cover spots where you can stop and deal with the enemies without having to worry about the sniper. I found that hugging the right side had the best angles to avoid the sniper even being able to get an eye on me. Make sure you are always aware of where that laser is pointing. Also you can safely move in and out of cover but i would suggest moving fast and using crouch and slide when needed. Once you get to the building door where the sniper is go in slowly and hug tight right and be aiming up to shoot him as soon as he comes into sight.

heya guys i made an achievement video on how to get got something on your face and dodged a bullet at the same time :)
you simply need to spit on barkovs face when he is questioning you by pressing melee and then later on in the mission you must escape without getting shot by the sniper but you can get shot by other enemies
best done on recruit and by using a lot of patience

When you go outside, you'll enter an area with a rooftop sniper which you can see by the muzzle flash and red laser sight.
You're only allowed to take damage from other enemies, cause if you take damage from sniper, you'll have to restart last checkpoint IMMEDIATELY to try again. Achievement/trophy pops if successful.

As you round the corner you'll be introduced to the sniper via a red laser indicating where he's aiming. The goal here is to kill the sniper in the warehouse without getting shot by him along the way. There are many other enemies in this area, and it's fine if they shoot you, you just can't get hit by the sniper. If you do, immediately pause and reload your last checkpoint.
There are two ways to take out the sniper. The first is how the mission intends: push up to the warehouse, killing enemies along the way, and enter the warehouse and kill the sniper above you. You're a sitting duck once you enter the warehouse though, so this can be annoying to do without getting hit. An easier way is to grab the RPG outside the warehouse at the top of some steps of a construction area. Shoot the RPG up at the sniper to kill him. As soon as you hear an ally say that the sniper is dead, you're safe, and this achievement will unlock.
