Mission 7: The Embassy
This is quite a long level, but you'll eventually be forced to pick up a laser designator for drone strikes from Captain Price. Afterwards, you'll go on the roof at shoot enemies on the scaffolding, do not use your laser on them, but instead shoot them.
Eventually a civilian car will roll up to you, and then leave. After that, 3 pickup trucks will enter the area one by one. Use your laser to paint the area you want to drone strike, and destroy the trucks. Keep in mind the missile takes 1-2 seconds before hitting. After the first 3, some enemies will attack along the left side and you want to focus on them before the 4th and final truck arrives. Use the laser on this last truck and make sure to destroy all 4 in 4 drone strikes to unlock this.

I may also be lucky, but missed two strikes somehow and achievement still popped.

I saved my strikes but missed a number of times. However, I still got the achievement. I think the main criteria is blowing the vehicles up before they end their paths, even if it takes multiple efforts.

- After receiving the drone strikes they tell you to use it on the nearby building, DON'T DO IT, use your weapons until you see a civilian car pass by.
- After that 3 trucks will enter the area in sequence...make sure to aim just in front of the paths of the trucks to give time for the drone strike to come in!
- After Truck #3 you will face some enemies before Truck #4 enters from the back.
+ With every miscellaneous Achievement use "Reload Checkpoint" to your advantage, also difficulty won't void any of these so you can do them all on Recruit

You get this on Mission 7 The Embassy. Once you get the laser designator wait for a green car to drive down the road to your left. Shortly after this the trucks will start coming in. Lead the trucks because there will be a delay so aim in front of where the trucks are going. You can restart the checkpoint at any moment if you miss a shot on the trucks. You have to be 4 for 4 on the hits for this to unlock.

I did this and no achievement,
I think this needs a buggy tag.
Edit: especially since people are getting it outside the requirements and doing the requirements don’t seem to pop it.

Late in the mission, you will get a laser designator from the armory. Don't use it on the building as you've been told. Afterwards, a civilian vehicle will pass, followed by 4 hostile cars. Aim a little in from of the cars, as it takes about 1-2 seconds before the strike hits the floor. If you miss, immediately restart checkpoint.

you need to play to the part where you are on a rooftop that gets hit with a mortar strike
soon after this you will be given the ability to call in drone strikes
its then just a case of waiting for the trucks and calling in strikes slightly ahead of them
you can do this on the easiest difficulty but i did it on veteran

Simply load up the campaign mission 'The Embassy' and proceed through the level until Price orders you to pick up the designator. Now clear out the enemies on the construction site and once looking to the east (your right), there will be a green civillian car that drives by. After that there is 3 of the 4 trucks that you must destroy.
Aim in front of the trucks as you have about 1-2 seconds before your strike is called in but they are generous with the blast radius and it isn't too hard. Feel free to revert to the last checkpoint if you miss a shot. After hitting the 3 trucks you have some more enemies to kill, listen to your squad for when the next truck is coming and then you will have your chance to hit the 4th and final truck.

You're instructed to climb on the roof and use it on the big building across from you, but don't use it. Shoot the enemies with your gun instead. After taking them all out, a civilian car will drive by. Let it pass. After it does, a series of four trucks will come, the first three relatively close to one another, and the fourth will come after clearing out a bunch of enemies on foot. You have four shots with the drone strikes and need to hit each of the four trucks with one, so if you miss make sure to reload your last checkpoint. Aim a bit in front of the trucks to compensate for the delay before pressing
and the missile actually coming in. Once you destroy the fourth one, the achievement will unlock shortly after.
