During Mission 2: Piccadilly, you'll want to use your pistol throughout the majority of the level and make sure that you only hit enemies. Once you complete the mission, it should unlock.

Possible on any difficulty, but recruit is probably recommended to make it as easy as possible.

Another way is literally just use a knife and keep running forward on Recruit. Ran through the level in 5 mins and achievement popped. I did shoot one of the suicide bombers, but no one hurt. 😀

I killed civilians by accident throughout this mission but I still got the achievement somehow. (Vet Difficulty)

Can vouch for StudioCorpse's comment. I got a mission fail for shooting 1 civilian and was able to get this achievement on veteran difficulty.

---Mission 2: Piccadilly---

- Go Slow & Use Pistol, only shoot one bullet at a time when aiming at someone

- Make your way (I stuck to the left side) to the "stuck door" caused by the suicide bomber, once here this short mission is over and the achievement will unlock once the Cut-scene starts.

+ With every miscellaneous Achievement use "Reload Checkpoint" to your advantage, also difficulty won't void any of these so you can do them all on Recruit

During Mission 2: Piccadilly, you'll want to make sure that you only hit enemies. Once you complete the mission, it should unlock. Do not do damage of any kind to civilians. I recommend playing on recruit to do this as fast as possible. This video will show you how I did got the achievement.

Mission 2: Piccadilly

You must complete the entire mission without shooting any civilians. The mission is short and you can restart from checkpoints if you think you accidentally hit a civilian. Be aware that your bullets can kill enemies and hit civilians behind them, so just be cautious.

Hey guys
so i got this achievement on veteran but you can play it on the easiest difficulty if you want to :)
just play it slow and pick your shots very carefully
you can die during this mission and can also reload checkpoints

Avoid hurting any civilians. If you kill a civilian, restart mission to try again. Achievement/trophy pops upon clearing 'Piccadilly' and if successful.

Mission 2: "Piccadilly"

This entire mission takes places on the streets of England. As the description says, you'll need to complete the entire mission without accidentally shooting any civilians. This can be a bit of a pain in the beginning of the mission because civilians are running everywhere. Just take it slow and don't fire any shots until the civilians stop running. They aren't endless, so just hide behind cover until they're all clear. Additionally, your team does a good job of killing a lot of enemies for you, especially in the beginning of the mission. Push up and stay behind cover and your team will kill most enemies for you. Once you get through the first third or so of the mission, virtually all civilians will have run away. Some are hiding or crouched though, so be especially careful with any long distance shooting. If you accidentally shoot a civilian you'll unfortunately have to start the entire mission over. Thankfully it's not a long mission, but as long as you're patient and careful it should be relatively easy to avoid shooting civilians.
