During Mission 5: Clean House, upon going from the 1st floor to 2nd floor (after killing 6 total enemies), before moving forward, you'll want to stop halfway up the stairs and shoot out the door in the hallway above revealing an enemy inside. Kill this enemy. Additionally, throw 1-2 grenades in this room for safe measure to take out additional units. With any enemies near the door cleared out, you are now free to move forward and Alpha 3-2 should make it past without being injured.
Clear the bedroom as well as the corner of the room before your character announces that the floor is clear, and proceed to the third floor to unlock the achievement.
Possible on any difficulty, but recruit is probably recommended to make it as easy as possible.

I dont become the achievement try it today 8 times like the video nothing happen. Please can anybody tell me what i make wrong

Mike Tyson USA - there have been issues with achievements popping, if you followed this tutorial you should get it soon.

On Mission 5 Clean House you will kill 2 sets of 3 people. Once you kill the 6th person and clear the 1st floor Price will ask you to proceed to the 2nd floor. Shoot the door out from the stairs and kill one enemy. Make a hole and toss a couple grenades in to kill the second enemy. Your team can now pass without being shot. You need to go through the broken door and shoot the last enemy in the room to the left. Clear the floor and then it should pop.

This achievement take place on the mission Clear House. The Wall Hax achievement is quite simple, as you’re going up the stairs to the second floor you will hear Captain Price say "Bravo 6, moving to the second floor." Shoot through the door on your right to kill the enemy threat. Then clear the room as normal, once it’s cleared you will get the achievement.

On Mission 5 "Clean House" upon reaching the 2nd set of staircases there will be a closed door on the wall to the right as you are walking up. Shoot and destroy the closed door so you are able to see inside the room before Alpha 3-2 is about to walk past, then kill the militants inside, preventing them from shooting through the door and injuring Alpha 3-2.

this achievement is done on clean house
just clear the ground floor and 1st floor and before going up to the 2nd floor you need to go halfway up the stairs and shoot the crap outta the door to your right
plus throw a few grenades too

I replayed this level a ton because I didn't realize that Golden Path also requires you to not get hit, so on the unnecessary 12 attempts at that achievement (I unlocked mine playing on Realism, please be impressed), I found this spot, just as you back down the stairs. This was consistent enough that both 3-2 and I will never know exactly how many times I'd saved his life, one bullet a time. You don't have to be exact, but do take the time to line up a few key pieces:
- The balusters (yeah, I bet you didn't expect me to ALSO know stair and railing terminology) line up such that the left one is just to the right of the door frame, and the right baluster covers the bend in the the door knob, but not the tip.
- I'm aiming a little below the bottom of the Wainscot Cap (oh GOD I've watched too much HGTV during this pandemic), but also almost exactly between the two balusters.
Even if you hit and kill the guy, you'll hear one of them yell out as Alpha 3-2 walks by, but if it worked, he gets to

This one is different from another, rather than using one bullet per threat, you actually must save alpha 3-2 from being downed. Upon going from the 1st to 2nd floors (after killing 6 total enemies), before moving forward, stop halfway up the stairs and shoot out the door in the hallway above revealing an enemy inside, then kill this enemy. With any enemies near the door cleared out, you're now free to move forward and Alpha 3-2 should make it past without being injured.

Two allies will walk down the hall and the second will get shot through the door. What you need to do is, after reloading your checkpoint if you messed it up, shoot through the wall near the door until you hear the enemy's body drop to the floor behind the wall. When your allies walk down the hall, they won't be shot at. Clear out the other two enemies in that room however you want (your allies are now safe) and once the floor is clear and the next checkpoint triggers, this achievement will unlock.

It's not enough to just shoot the door. The enemy may not be behind the door, but to the side (left or right). I would also recommend throwing grenades there to definitely kill everyone in the room.
