How to unlock the Not Your Fairy Godmother achievement in Call of Duty: Vanguard - Definitive Guide
I think the best tip that I can give is that your own grenades count too!
Simply find a checkpoint where you have at least 1 grenade that can be cooked and thrown back. Find an ally, stand next to them and toss the grenade at your feet. Press RB again to throw it back. If you're quick you can throw the same grenade 'back' twice. It also helps to hug a wall or some debris so the grenade doesn't bounce back far. Once you run out of grenades reload checkpoint until you get your achievements. This is easiest done in the missions where you play as Lucas, as he can hold a lot of lethal equipment and besides, there will be a lot of boxes from which you can refill grenades in these missions (Tobruk & El Alamein, and a short time in the Final Reich mission)

Great idea about using your own grenades. I found a checkpoint in Numa Numa Trail that worked really well. Near the end, after the flamethrower sequence, you will be in a stone tunnel with your allies. The walls make it very easy to grab the grenade and throw it back. Also there is a box of infinite grenades right there. The objective is Clear the Ridge. Great guide!

the first guide is fantastic but i found a place on the mission "operation tonga" where you can get both this and the give 15 commands as arthur achievement at the same time.
what you want to do is load up the mission "operation tonga" play until you regroup with your squad about 5 minutes into the level at this point you will then start to have the option to give commands. the first one you do is for moving some wood so that your squad can progress. give that command and go through the wood your squad has just lifted for you as soon as the last member of the squad has gone into the next area with you the achievement tracker will update.
you can then if you like restart checkpoint and simply wait for them to come into the next area for the tracker to update again, keep reloading checkpoint until you have the achievement.
if you also want to get the grenade achievement i referred earlier you can in this area just to the right of you after you go through the wooden barricade will be a grenade resupply box. pick up some grenades stand by a teammate and throw a grenade at the ground with RB and then pick it up with RB and throw it away quickly.
you have 4 grenades everytime you resupply so just keep resupplying after you have used all 4 grenades and keep throwing them at the floor by a teammate then throwing them away till you get the achievement. you can keep looking at the achievement tracker to make the grenades are counting.

If you play on Veteran, enemies will throw a lot of grenades at you (nothing compared to World at War but still) so whenever you see one, run to it and press when you see the prompt to throw the grenade back. It doesn't matter if that grenade kills an enemy or not thankfully so you can throw it back wherever you want. What matters is that this grenade should be aimed to kill or hurt your teammates so try to stay close to them as if you're on your own then it won't count.
A good farming spot for this is during Mission 8: The Battle of El Alamein, because enemies will throw a lot of grenades here. You will climb up some hills during the mission and you will see right after that some enemies on the hills above you and they'll most of the time throw grenades at you. Throw them back, reload checkpoint then rinse and repeat until you get the trophy.

This is cumulative across all missions in the campaign and all replays. Note though, that as the description implies, this must be done when you actually have allies present that the grenade could have hurt. This means that in missions where you're alone, any thrown back grenades won't count for this achievement.
Because of the cumulative nature of this achievement, you could potentially grind this out at a single checkpoint in any applicable mission, if you so desire. However, if you're playing through the campaign on Veteran, you'll likely have enough natural opportunities throughout the campaign to unlock this achievement by the time you're done.

Some good opportunities for this achievement:
- Pretty much the entirety of Mission 2: Operation Tonga, from when you regroup with your allies onward.
- All of Mission 8: El Alamein. It's essentially one long firefight, and you'll find enemies continually throwing grenades at you as you progress

You can get this trophy in the same place where another trophy is completed in the episode “Tonga”:
Actions Speak Louder Than Words / Less words, more action , after they attack Evans and a grenade arrives, quickly discard and reload the CT the required number of times

He threw his grenade towards the allies and immediately threw it away, they counted.

Yes, the trophy is elementary. I knocked it out in a couple of minutes. You throw a grenade at the wall, it bounces at your feet, then you throw it away. You run out of grenades, reload the CT and so fill the required number of times /

Just throw back all the grenades flying at you. The company should receive RB by the end of the passage.
