Simply find a checkpoint where you have at least 1 grenade that can be cooked and thrown back. Find an ally, stand next to them and toss the grenade at your feet. Press RB again to throw it back. If you're quick you can throw the same grenade 'back' twice. It also helps to hug a wall or some debris so the grenade doesn't bounce back far. Once you run out of grenades reload checkpoint until you get your achievements. Great idea about using your own grenades. I found a checkpoint in Numa Numa Trail that worked really well. Near the end, after the flamethrower sequence, you will be in a stone tunnel with your allies. The walls make it very easy to grab the grenade and throw it back. Also there is a box of infinite grenades right there. The objective is Clear the Ridge. Great guide!

the first guide is fantastic but i found a place on the mission "operation tonga" where you can get both this and the give 15 commands as arthur achievement at the same time.
what you want to do is load up the mission "operation tonga" play until you regroup with your squad about 5 minutes into the level at this point you will then start to have the option to give commands. the first one you do is for moving some wood so that your squad can progress. give that command and go through the wood your squad has just lifted for you as soon as the last member of the squad has gone into the next area with you the achievement tracker will update.
