In Numa Numa Trail you'll have no weapons and be forced to do a stealth section. Make sure to utilize Wade's focus ability to see the enemies through the bushes and trees and take your time. There are a few trip wire traps on your way so keep your eye out. If you get spotted you can just run for it and melee any enemies that get in your way.
The Achievement should pop after sliding down the hill.

Tip here for anyone:
Attempt 1: Went melee only with bayonet charges: Did not unlock. I fired the flare gun.
Attempt 2: Never picked up a gun, but fired the flare gun. Did not unlock.
Attempt 3: Picked up a gun off the first enemy you encounter priming the trap, never fired, skipped the flare gun: Did unlock the achievement.

I used the flare gun and got the achievement on PS4. Picked up guns as I went but did not fire either of them. Only killed the first guy for the stealth kill tutorial and stealth killed one other dude near the end, complete stealth.

Your main objective is to find Mateo, but for the achievement, do not, I'll say this again, don't fire a single bullet, or you'll risk having to restart last checkpoint or the entire mission. Achievement/trophy pops if you never fired a single bullet.

Mission 5: Numa Numa Trail

Mission 5: Numa Numa Trail
This is actually quite an easy achievement. The mission starts off with you stumbling through the jungle trying to find Mateo. Until you get to him, simply don't shoot at all. You will barely encounter any enemies, and ones you do encounter can either be easily hidden from in the brush, or just use a takedown on them from behind. Since you have Focus available, and it shows enemies through walls/objects, you could play it extremely conservatively and just hang back until it recharges, use it, and move forward while you can see enemies through walls. Wait for it to recharge and repeat until you eventually get to the objective marker where Mateo is.

On the veteran, I simply walked through the jungle, following the mission marker. There were no cutscenes, I almost didn’t encounter any enemies. The main thing is to use concentration more often so as not to bump into enemies
