In Numa Numa Trail you'll come to a section where the characters start to talk about an enemy sniper.
Eventually you'll drop off a small ledge and there will be a tractor that you can take cover behind and your team will smoke the bridge and tell you to rush across, immediately after running across the bridge take cover behind the rock on the left side then once you're ready activate Wade's focus ability (D-PAD UP) which will slow down time and will highlight the enemy sniper in the tree in the distance, simply take out the sniper without getting hit and the Achievement will be yours.
If you get hit or die by the sniper quickly pause reload last checkpoint and you will be able to attempt it again. I personally died to the sniper and quickly reloaded my last checkpoint and I still got the Achievement.

I found a way to cut out moving towards the sniper and therefore not having to risk getting shot. When you pass through the smoke to reach the end of the bridge crouch behind the rock on the left hand side. Peek out, use "Focus" and you'll see the yellow outline of the sniper in the palm tree ahead. Fire a few shots at the yellow outline and the sniper will be dead and the achievement will pop.

Around halfway through this mission, after finding Mateo and then grouping up with some allies, you'll be told about a potential sniper. Your allies will throw a smoke grenade and you'll sprint across a bridge, and you'll see two rocks with objective markers. Go behind the rock on the left and crouch to get a checkpoint. Note: if you somehow got shot during the sprint over the bridge, make sure to reload your checkpoint and do it again without getting shot. Once behind the rock, you can actually shoot the sniper from there. It's okay if you get hit, just load the last control point and try again. The trophy will drop in any case after successfully completing the section.
