How to unlock the I See Movement! achievement in Call of Duty: WWII - Definitive Guide
Just after the AA gun section where you shoot down the Stukka dive bombers, you will reach a vantage point where you must snipe several anti-tank gun crews. This is the first time you are able to use Pierson's ability - just after you lower your binoculars the checkpoint triggers and the ability is ready to use.
Simply use it, reload checkpoint, use again, reload checkpoint and so on until the achievement pops - it should take you no time at all as the checkpoint is perfectly placed.
During the campaign the skills are introduced as you go on and you will find his ability available right at the beginning of Stronghold. If you want a good place to farm the 25 times to fill up the meter, do so when you finally make it to the top of the church tower (in Stronghold) where you must provide cover with a sniper rifle. After several headshots, his meter will fill to full. It is a simple place to use his skill 2-3 times and restart checkpoint and do so again very quickly.

This support becomes available from the second mission "Operation Cobra". At the bottom right of the screen will be a circular indicator for Pierson. The outside of this indicator is a yellow progress bar that will fill up when you kill enemies. Once full, you are able to request to spot enemies whenever you approach Pierson and press the D-Pad button shown. All nearby enemies become highlighted when spotted, thus making it easier for you to find and kill them as their outline is visible through all surfaces.
It's possible that you may not earn this trophy during from your first campaign play-through as unlike First Aid Kits, spotting enemies is very much a luxury that isn't really essential in order to complete the missions. Therefore it's recommended that you just always request Pierson to spot enemies once his indicator is full, regardless of if there are many enemies around or not. You can also hold off on requesting when at a full bar until you reach a checkpoint, at which point you can request spotting enemies, then select "Last Checkpoint" on the pause menu to rinse and repeat.
