Done on Mission 10: Violence and Timing - suggest running it on Recruit to make it quick and easy. After the segment where you are hanging upside down from the helicopter, you drop to a truck then hijack a pickup truck to your right. Now we need to reach Captain Price with this same pickup, maintaining its health and not hijacking any others.
Drive along the hard shoulders to avoid on-coming traffic. When you get near vehicles with gunmen just click
to lean out, shoot them and pop back in. As you lean back in your weapon will automatically reload. If you crash or take a large chunk of damage, simply reload the checkpoint and try that section again. After about 4 minutes of driving, you'll reach a segment with landmines, I found hugging the left hard shoulder behind the AQ trucks avoided the mines completely. Once you've removed the mine laying truck, just jump into the back of Captain Price's flatbed truck to unlock the achievement.

Just got it on Veteran so it not impossible. when i got to the Heavy machine gun i just drove right past him without killing him and i avoided the road block by driving on the left side of the road and went around it.

You don't have to take the truck. Don't enter and jump to the ute/pickup. It's faster and I found easier.

This achievement is obtainable in the mission "Violence and Timing" on any difficulty. You will want to keep the same vehicle you obtain once you cut the rope that you're tied to while hanging from the helicopter. Do not leave this vehicle, and this achievement will pop once you catch up to the convoy dropping mines and eliminate the enemies. Captain Price will catch up to you and ask you to hop over to his vehicle. The achievement will pop here.

Mission 10: Violence and Timing
This is a lot less daunting than it seems since at the time of writing this there seems to be a slight oversight with the vehicle damage, which is especially helpful if your doing it on higher difficulties.
Taking place as soon as you drop onto the troop transport truck after hanging from the helicopter your then tasked with hijacking a vehicle. For this achievement you need to only HIJACK ONE vehicle. Most other guides recommend you lean out and shoot the enemies in the other trucks however doing this still causes damage to your vehicle. If you instead CLIMB ONTO ROOF and fire from there, the vehicle takes no damage from bullets (unsure about collisions as it never happened for me) making this achievement incredibly easier. After about 5 minutes of driving up the highway and dealing with the truck laying mines you will have to jump to Price's truck. The achievement will pop when you make the jump.

After the helicopter section you will fall onto the moving truck, hijack the truck that you fell on. Whilst you are going through the next section you can shoot enemies from your window by clicking 
, you can also get out of the vehicle and shoot the enemies from the roof. I recommend switching to single fire mode by pressing 
so you can land precise shots.
When you get to the area with all of the mines, I recommend facing the camera downwards towards the road so you can easily see them. You can take a mine or two in this area, you can also restart checkpoint and it will still count.
Best to do this on Recruit difficulty,

In the COD MW2 mission 'Violence and Timing', you hijack a pickup truck right after cutting free from the helicopter. Simply stay in that same pickup truck until Price tells you to jump over to his truck.
Simply take out enemies in vehicles ahead of you as you see them and avoid any oncoming traffic.
TIP: entering back into the vehicle will automatically reload your weapon for you. Double tapping the right stick in is faster than waiting through the reload animation.

The first vehicle you hijack is what you need to keep so the lowest difficulty is recommended. Don't let the vehicle take too much damage or you'll either have to restart last checkpoint or the mission to try again.
You'll need to lean out the vehicle when the enemies starts to shoot you.
Later, an enemy will start throwing mines at you, so try to avoid those. Achievement/trophy pops if you only used the first hijacked vehicle upon reaching Price.

Simply load up Mission 10: Violence and Timing. Continue through the mission till you are hanging from the helicopter and have to cut the rope to drop onto the vehicle beneath you. DO NOT HIJACK THIS VEHICLE. Instead, wait for the vehicle on your right to come closer and jump over to it and HIJACK it. You must make it to Captain Price in this vehicle. If you cop too much damage in one hit I recommend reverting to the last checkpoint so that you do not get a new checkpoint with critical damage. Be sure to kill the enemies you see and avoid all mines so that you do not destory your vehicle. Upon making it to Price you will be awarded with your achievement.
