This can be quickly done within 2 minutes on Mission 10: Violence and Timing. After the segment where you are hanging upside down from the helicopter, you drop to a truck then hijack a pickup truck to your right. This will count as your first hijack. Now just carry on down the road hijacking the following vehicles until you've hijacked a total of five:
- Pickup Truck (Start in)
- Flatbed truck
- Troop Transport
- Armoured 4x4
- Civilian Vehicle
The civilian vehicles can be found parked up on the roadside. Just come to a stop alongside one, jump out and hijack it.

I am not sure if the flatbed is the one with walls usually hold soldiers? If it isn't, I got this with two different civilian vehicles, the 4 door and the van.

After the helicopter sequence you will fall onto a moving truck. In this next section there are various vehicles such as military and civilian. You can’t hijack the same civilian vehicle that has a different colour scheme, it must be a different vehicle entirely. Whilst driving on route be sure to lookout on the right side of the road as there can be civilian vehicles parked waiting to be commandeered.
Best to do this on Recruit difficulty.

I've found 6 vehicle types so far. Forgive me for not knowing the exact names of these but it should be clear enough.
- Infantry transport truck (The one you land on after cutting the rope)
- 4x4 pickup truck
- Armored truck (The one that also has an armored enemy in it)
- 'XL' pickup truck, the big ones that usually have 4 enemies in the back shooting at you.
- Civilian van
- Civilian car

The COD MW2 mission Violence and Timing features a section where you have to hijack various enemy vehicles after dangeling from the helicopter. While you only need to drive 5 vehicles, I counted 6 different vehicles to hijack and drive including:
- Pickup truck
- Armor truck with enemies
- Armor truck with tarp
- Armored car with the enemy on top
- Civilian Car
- Civilian Van/Truck
The achievement will pop right after you hijack the 5th vehicle needed. Unfortunately the achievement glitched in the video and did not visually pop but I can confirm it I unlocked it within the video!

Simply load up Mission 10: Violence and Timing. Continue until you are hanging from the helicopter about to cut the rope. Once you drop onto the vehicle below you, HIJACK it, this is your first vehicle. There are 4 more vehicles that you need to HIJACK, the only exception is the Civilian cars which are on the side of the road parked. For these you must pull up besides them, and the prompt will be to DRIVE it. The other 3 vehicles you need are:
1. The little Ute / 4x4
2. The medium sized vehicle with the Armored enemy sticking his head out
3. The big truck with all the crates in the back
Remember to try kill anyone shooting at you as you approach them and jump over to HIJACK their vehicle.
