Mission: Prison Break
After the CCTV sequence, and after rescuing Alejandro you'll be met by riot shield guys in a hallway as you release the other prisoners. Pickup one of their riot shields. The next area will be where we can get this achievement accomplished.
Once you get to the next area in question, you'll drop down and immediately sprint to the double-doors in the back left corner. Just when you're about halfway I'd advise tossing a flashbang and then start spamming
to begin your beatdowns. It took me a few tries on Veteran, but ultimately I was able to kill three guys on a few difficult lives. I cannot say for certain if they have to be consecutive or done on the same life, but if you fail you can always just revert to the previous checkpoint and try again.

Just did it on veteran too, so doesn't have to be consecutive

Would say its in one life got 2 in one life and 1 in another and nothing but as soon as i did 3 in one life it poped.

Earliest you can get this is on Mission 14: Prison Break. Immediately after freeing Alejandro from his cell, you'll run into 4 hostiles, 2 are carrying Riot Shields. Simply throw a flash bang toward them, kill one of the Riot Shield enemies and loot his shield. Now beat up the last three remaining hostiles. If you don't get all three kills don't worry, there's a big room just around the corner with about 20 more!
Also, there's a checkpoint with an ammo fill just before this corridor. So, you can restart checkpoint if you balls it up.

The 15th mission of COD MW2 'Prison Break' features numerous opportunities to grab this achievement.
Right after you rescue Alejandro and head up the stairs, you will find yourself in front of 3 riot shielders.
Simply take them out, grab their riot shield and proceed down to the cafeteria area.
Once in there, head to the back left room and 3 non-armored enemies will come through the door. Simply melee/shoot with the riot shield to take them down!
The achievement will pop after the 3rd enemy!

The earliest instance I have discovered this is possible on is on the mission “Prison Break”.
Eventually you’ll enter a building with a long hallway, there will be 2 riot shield wielders approaching you. Use tear gas on them to disorient them and then throw a frag/semtex/molotov or just shoot.
***In this very same hallway, I also unlocked the mission specific achievement “Backpack Guy” for killing gassed/blinded enemies with the 3 throwable explosives (frag, Semtex and molotov). Just throw tear gas or a flashbang first before throwing explosives.
Once you’ve cleared these guys, pick up the riot shield and go to town on the enemies in the next area, there’s plenty. They cannot do anything to you unless they go behind you whilst you’re holding a riot shield.
