Mission 4: Payload
At the start of the mission you'll be in control of a spy drone which temporarily marks the enemies, you can access the spy drone at any point during the mission by pressing
. I recommend using the drone as you approach each pair to better line up a shot. Once you gain control of Price you want to follow the path on the left hand side heading towards the compound. Don't sprint as you'll be spotted, keep crouched and use the long grass as cover. Each of the five pairs you encounter on the left hand side, will eventually walk towards one another. In such a way you can line up a shot through both their chests, killing them both outright with one bullet. If you do get spotted or only kill one of them, you can simply "Restart Previous Checkpoint" and try again, without having to restart the whole mission. The 2 guys inside the perimeter wall, the 1 standing and 1 patrolling, you can actually wait in the grass by the hole and when the patrol guy comes back, he will stand for a second then walk by the other guy. You can collat them as he walks by, instead of waiting. Also in the center bunker toward the front wall, there are 2 guys studying a map table, you can collate the from the grass by the stairs to the control room.

In the mission Payload in Modern Warfare 3, stick to the leftmost path and use the Recon Drone to ping enemies. Simply wait for the first 10 enemies to cross paths and take them out as needed.
Few tips:
Change to Recruit difficulty -- I've tried on Regular difficulty and the collateral doesn't always wipe the back most enemy.
Use the Recon Drone -- it will automatically ping the enemies with red diamonds. From there, wait for the red diamonds to align and take the shot!
After clearing out the 2 enemies near the bunker door, the achievement should pop!
Few tips:

I recommend rotating round the left side of the site to obtain this and use you spotter to be able to see guys through the grass when you make the shot. There are 2 by a vehicle just outside the walls and a further 2 pairs in a junkyard area, just wait for them to patrol next to each other. 2 will be stood outside the bunker entrance and some futher away on the other side of site. A few other options develop as more vehicles enter the base.
