How to unlock the MW3 - And So It Begins achievement in Call of Duty - Definitive Guide

After about less than 5 minutes into a match, POIs will spawn with an icon that looks like a man walking through a door. There will be green smoke at these POIs. Activate the green smoke, and you have to defend yourself for about 1 minute until a helicopter lands. Board the helicopter and keep defending yourself for about 30 more seconds, and once the helicopter flies off, the achievement will unlock.
