Got all and no cheevo as well

Checked every mission. Does „New Game“ reset progress of the collectibles, so I can just collect them again?

Reset everything with new game, collected 2 plate carriers in the first mission and it unlocked for me finaly.

Popped this today, my last one i was missing some on was Highrise so i was all over the place completion-wise. Guide was helpful for locating them.

Can you back out if you found it or do you have to complete each mission?

This didn't unlock for me after finding all 12. Gora Dam had bugged out on me. When I reloaded the mission I only had 2/3 armor slots, but both armor upgrades were not in their locations as I had previously collected them.

Ended up having to start a new game, but the achievement popped as soon as I collected both upgrades in Precious Cargo. Hope this helps anyone with similar issues.

I noticed after collecting one of the pieces I quit the mission a bit too quickly before the "Armour collected" screen appeared, and it didn't give me that piece, so make sure to wait for the armour collected message. If that sounds like something you may have done, it's worth going back through each open mission and making sure you have 3 armour pieces in the bottom left.

A few things to note for those having issues with this achievement:

The plate carrier upgrades do not count towards progression for the "Weapons and Items Discovered" tied to each mission.

Load into each mission and you will see "Armor Slots" x your current capacity. If this says 3, you can back out and check the next mission. The list is: Precious Cargo, Reactor, Crash Site, Oligarch, Highrise, and Gora Dam.

I thought mine was bugged, but went back to check and found that I was missing one upgrade on Crash Site - Hope this helps for those still missing this achievement.
