Mission: Frozen Tundra
Early in this mission, you'll meet a patrol and can take them out using your thermal scope. Immediately afterward you'll proceed up the frozen river and will be shot at by the Forest Sniper. You'll want to dodge the shots by sprinting and proning when possible. Run towards the gunfire and you should find the sniper; but keep in mind you can't see them with your thermal scope. Once you find them, you can try to use your flashbang to stun them, but run up to them and use the takedown button (melee) as it appears on screen to earn this.

Mission: Frozen Tundra
You'll encounter the forest sniper very early in the Frozen Tundra mission. After navigating an initial underwater segment and watching a cutscene, you'll find yourself on dry land. As you follow the frozen stream, a group of six enemies will be deployed into the forest via helicopter. Eliminate them, and your next challenge will be dealing with the forest sniper. No need to worry about stealth as the forest sniper appears to sense your presence regardless. Just run up to him, wait a second or two for the takedown
prompt to appear and execute him.

On the mission 'Frozen Tundra' shortly into the mission after passing a patrol you will meet a Sniper. Quite straight forward on regular difficulty, throw flashes towards the shot and run up until you can press the takedown button. I had issues get the prompt to work but just back away and try again until the takedown is performed.

In the settings under interface, turn on high contrast mode; this will highlight all enemies red. The sniper is easy to see.

In the mission "Frozen Tundra", after coming up out of the water, you will come across a squad of enemies that you should take out using your weapon as prompted.
After doing so, proceeding forward will meet you with a sniper that you can't see on thermal.
Simply stun him or just run up to him and press
for the takedown when prompted and the achievement should pop!
