How to unlock the Honor Intact achievement in Call of Juarez: Gunslinger - Definitive Guide
Win 15 duels in a row, all honorably (i.e. letting the opponent draw first). About half of the opponents are ones you've already faced several times in the story mode, and they haven't been altered and are just as easy as they were in story.
Some pointers:
- Of course, it's integral to this achievement that you do not draw first! Always let the opponent draw, then draw and fire. The two toughest ones for this aspect, in my opinion, are Old Man Clanton and Plummer. Both of them draw very quickly after the heartbeats start playing.
- Always keep Silas' hand hovering over his revolver. Watch the speed percentage when you can; if it starts dropping, gently pull to the left.
- At any other time, keep using the focus reticule to raise your focus percentage. Only keep an eye on the hand when it looks like it may be drifting too far. High focus is more important.
- If your speed wasn't good enough, you can dodge with the left stick. The very nice trick to this is that you can always dodge to the right! It works every single time! Some opponents fire their gun so quickly after drawing, that it's impossible to not have to dodge. As long as you always dodge right, you'll be fine.
- When fighting the Daltons, the rightmost brother always fires first. And the dodge-to-the-right rule still applies, for both Daltons.
- Jesse James and Billy The Kid are the fastest guns in the game, and you cannot beat them without a very high focus percentage, 95% or above. If you have less, they will just instantly draw and fire, with no chance for you to dodge. I'm not sure if high speed matters, but it certainly helps in every duel.
- Remember to use LB/RB to switch opponent in the final duel. You can watch their faces to see when to switch, but above all, take notice of your reticule turning white when you're facing the wrong opponent. You want it to be yellow at all times.
All in all, definitely not a tough achievement if you've gotten some duel practice from beating the story mode twice. Just keep the above things in mind and you'll be fine.

Nice one RSA! That should help!
This guy makes/made really great guides but for this one he failed in my opinion. I would say that you should dodge after you see the shot. Not before! Also wait until you see the red crossbar thing after drawing the gun. If you press RT twice too quickly you will miss the first shot. Then this guide say that Jesse James is impossible without 95 % focus. I beat him on my first attempt with just 90 %.

This is almost impossible, inputs are RNG(will spam the fire button for the character to not even draw), focus is rewarded randomly( if you have less then 85 on any of them you die because the game doesn't allow you to draw) half the duels didn't give me ANY HEARTBEATS, so you will just die. Hit detection is RNG I have watched bullets go RIGHT THROUGH PEOPLE and they wouldn't die.( I have recording where I have to shoot one guy THREE TIMES before he dies.) It seems to be this whole duel mechanic only works on the Mouse and Keyboard, with a controller almost impossible. One of the worst mechanics I've EVER seen implemented in a game period. What the hell is this garbage? Dodging to the right IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS getting to it the dodge is the issue, you draw, you fire. if you see them fire you pull to the right 9/10 they will miss firing into the center.

Keep your hand steady above the gun (left stick) and focus crosshair on the enemy (right stick). To win honorably you need to let your opponent touch his gun first - as soon as you hear the heart beats, look very closely at his hand and wait for the characteristic sound. You can also dodge bullets (left stick) if your reaction wasn't good.
To get Honor Intact achievement you must win 15 duels honorably. If you die five times, you will have to start from scratch. It takes some practice, but it's not that hard. As you can see below, I managed to do this on one life.
Remember to switch opponents using RB/LB during last duel!

There are 15 stages in the Duel mode, you have five cards (meaning 6 chances altogether) across all 15 stages so if you die six times you will have to start from stage one. These become progressively harder as the enemy will holster quicker or there will more enemies for you to kill. The Duel controls are quite difficult to grasp at first on this game, but only practice and persistence will get you through the stages. A good tip is that when you're trying to dodge their bullets in some cases then you should always pull to the right as this will guarantee your survival.
