first thing to do is to run to the back of the mine(left),you will find another cart there and you can hide to rebuild your energy,then,just take your time,push the cart,jump in and use the shotgun to kill the enemies,you must only kill one at a time and then jump out,reload and repeat,this worked for me so good look.

hi gals n guys I was having a bit of trouble with this and had to do a few tries before getting it to pop. So i thought I'd try save some gamers a bit of time and frustration.

First thing load episode 5.

Second put it on easy (but hey its only a GUIDE).

Third use the shot gun it makes it way easier With the power and scatter not having to aim to much.

Then pay attention to the cheevo description KILLED WHEN DRIVING. I know it sounds silly or obvious, but I was just getting in the cart kill a cowboy or 2 move it to another position kill and so on. BUT NO DONT DO THIS.

So when ur up and running through the tunnels kill the first 2 guys (don't forget the poster n ammo in the box on the floor to your left) then move on into the next tunnel, immediately as you begin to exit you will see the train tracks for the coal carts, and probably get a bullet from the guy inside. DONT KILL HIM. As you enter run left down the tunnel to the end and hide behind the first cart your gonna use until your life is full. Then when your behind the cart and looking back down the tunnel where the guys are shooting from you will see the X button icon enabling you to get in the cart. The way to move the cart is to simply walk into it. So walk against the cart not to much as it will move to fast press x and when your in BLAM the first guy you didn't shoot before gets a face full. The cart will have STOPPED so you will need to get out and repush the cart so its moving for you to jump back in and BLAM the next guy. Keep going down the track a little at a time and shoot the guy your near the cheevo will pop when the 5th guy falls. If you have taken the cart on the 1st set of tracks there's also the cart on the left track (as you look to the enemy) that goes even further down the line if you've not got it off the first. BUT THE CART NEEDS TO BE MOVING WHEN YOU KILL THEM. Good hunting ppl.
