This achievement is made easy by going into the corner of a barn on the Twilight level. Make sure that 4 people are in the corner and then the person going for the achievement chucks in a dynamite stick which will weaken everyone, follow up with another for the achievement to unlock.
If your not getting it then it's because you killed 1 person with the first stick and 3 with the second, not all 4 in one go so repeat until gotten.

Make sure you are a miner.

Found it really easy to just shoot each player once in the body and then throw the dynamite. Unlocked first try.

In this achievement guide I will be playing Call Of Juarez multiplayer and will show you how to get the achievement, "Earthquake" which is worth 30G. To obtain this you need to "Play as the Miner and kill 4 enemies with a single dynamite stick.."

While playing as the Miner character, you simply have to kill 4 different players with the same single stick of dynamite. If one of the 4 players survive the blast you do not get the achievement.
A tactic we just used to get this is to put a single bullet using the small gun into each of the other 4 players first, as this weakens the players so they will by more likely to die from the dynamite explosion.
This seemed to work every time after we discovered it! Other than that, it is just a bit of luck.

I normally don't condone boosting, but if you really want this achievement, it's pretty much the only way. Even when boosting with friends this is tough. Basically, you need to have 4 people stand in a tight circle right on top of each other. Throw one stick to damage them, then a second stick to kill them. All 4 have to die with the second stick.
