All you have to do is shot 10 dynamites before they hit the ground. The best place to obtain this achievement is a battle with Clyde's gang outside the saloon in episode III.

You have to shoot 10 dynamites while they still fly.
The best place to get this is while saving the girl in the 14th episode. Juarez will throw 4 sticks at you and use your concentration mode to shoot them. Let the girl die a few times and you while have 10 pretty quick.

When you are playing chapter III and when you reach the saloon you will see 2 guys at the rooftop and 1 guy at the balcony.
All these guys trow dynamite so I just waited untill one of them threw a dynamite and then use concentration mode to let the dynamites explode :)
This will take around 3 minutes if you do it this way :)

The best place I've found to do this is when you fight Clyde's gang outside the saloon in episode III. There will be two guys who throw dynamite at you from the roof of the saloon. Kill all the guys except those two, and then use concentration / quickdraw to shoot the sticks out of the air.
