Have to make sure that 10 shots in a row hit an enemy. I don't know if you have to kill the opponent but if your boosting then getting the person about to die to run to a certain point where the killer is will make it easy for the shooter to aim straight in the head for a kill. Repeat 10 times for the achievement.

You do not have to kill the person, just hit them.
