How to unlock the Young god achievement in Call of Juarez - Definitive Guide
OK did this on the very first duel, dodge 6 bullets AND finish him off (complete the duel).
edited: from CRAZE KILER, this is not cumulative and must be done in 1 duel.

You may want to edit your text, this achievement is not cumulative nor does it apparently has to be in a row and you have to kill the guy. Ive dodged as many as eight in a duel, with 5 in a row and killed the guy with no achievement.

i did this on the plague guy in chapter 5 during my easy playthrough of the campaign and all i did (because i couldnt figure out how to pull my gun out like a jackass) was move my analog left to right while spamming all buttons until finally it did the slow motion thing and i wasted half my clip (still spamming buttons) then killed him miraculously with a gut and leg shot. Once the duel was over i got "young god". didn't make it look as easy as the vid.

You need to dodge 6 bullets, but i think that is in a row. I recomend to use the first duel becuase that is the easiest one. Pull your gun before the enemy and keep moving from left to right, this way you will easely dodge all bullets. After that kill him and the achievement will unlock.
It may not work always but in a few tries you will have it.

I can confirm it has to be six bullets that must be dodged in a row. Takes a few tries but you'll get it

This is kind of tricky, and it all comes down to timing. It's best to do this on the first duel challenge against "City Scum". Wait to pull your gun until he pulls his in order to save your concentration mode for the most shots. Watch his gunhand, and when his fingers start moving, lean right or left until the bullet goes by you. If he leans left, lean right, if he leans right, lean left.
