How to unlock the A Family Heirloom achievement in Call of the Sea - Definitive Guide

To unlock Family Heirloom achievement you need to complete the prologue, this only takes a few minutes.
You start the level submerged in water. Swim forward until you see a chair which swivels to reveal a music box.
You will awake in the cabin of a ship and must collect some items in order to leave.
Pick the gloves up from the center of the desk.
Pick the journal up from the left of the desk. Press Y to open it and see a picture of a house with the number "506".
Interact with the box on the right of the desk and input "506" as the combination. (interact with the rectangular switch to finalise the input).
Pick up the blade in the center of the box and the paper to the right.
Interact with the photograph in the left of the box. Spin it over to reveal a brass key.
Turn around and interact with the door handle to leave the room and the achievement will unlock.

After the dream sequence at the start of the game, you wake up in a ship's cabin. Just collect your things from the desk and exit the room for your first achievement!

I actually like knowing how long something is going to take personally and this gave a reference to that so I DO appreciate it.
Just want to add referring to the in game journal the code for the lockbox by the desk is '506' the interact with the switch to the right of the lock. There is also a key taped to the back of the photograph in this chest you need.

I agree with Netechma. Just because an achievement is story related, sometimes I end up basically running in circles and in this case, what would happen if I didn’t collect things from the desk?

Here is a walkthrough of this chapter, including all miscellaneous achievements, notes, logs, and murals.
Swim forward on the linear path until you're back on the boat. Once in control, turn right and pick up the ticket on the stand next to the bed (Log 1/2). Head over to the desk against the back wall, and take your gloves.in the middle and the diary on the left side of the desk. Pick up the receipt on the right side of the desk (Note 1/2). Open the case with the code 506. Inside the case, pick up the picture on the left, rotate it, and take the key on the back (Note 2/2). Take the picture on the right (Log 2/2) and the dagger in the middle. Head to the door and interact with the handle to exit and finish the prologue.
