WARNING
2 people have reported this achievement becomes unobtainable after opening the last door. Make sure to do it before to avoid any possible issues.

You can get this in chapter 6 by arranging the constellation in a certain way. When looking at the last Door, having the entrance behind you the far left disc is 1, and the far-right disc is 4

Disc 1: no symbol
Disc 2: left most symbol
Disc 3: topmost symbol
Disc 4: no symbol

@A Phoenix Ta1on It happened to me to. Luckly It was at a manual save and i could load the last automatic save. Other than that the blank screen didnt get out.

I think this might be the next game that the developer [Out of the Blue games] is going to make. Unless it's footage from another game that was released by Raw Fury? I looked at Fury's release list, and it doesn't seem like it, unless it's Mosaic [doubtful].

But yeah, I have no idea how anyone would have figured out the constellation to make this happen. Is that constellation somewhere in the game, or in the pre-release story-snippets they showed on Steam?

Make sure you do this before opening the last door to the sanctuary or the buttons will be deactivated and you cannot enter the sequence above.

I would suggest you edit your post to notify people to do this BEFORE opening the final door, as once you've opened the fifth door, you can't change the puzzle inputs. I lost out on the achievement because of this.

I was able to unlock this today even after opening the final door. I had a save point right on the inside of the final door, so I don't know if this had anything to do with it or if another update fixed this.

I had opened the 4 doors in the room (following the current walkthrough in TA) and this couldn't get the achievement to work. I backed to the menu and reloaded the save (autosave after completing the puzzle behind the 4th door) and it worked then.

I was able to get this after opening the final door. I had made a save there, and then reloaded it at a later date. The first time, it wouldn't let me use the disks, but then I tried reloading once more, and it worked!

@ SpecialUnit: Did you open the first three doors before attempting this? That's required for the icons to become interactable.
Also, I didn't have any problems unlocking this after opening all four doors. So this might be fixed.

Chapter 6

Towards the end of the chapter, after you've opened all four constellation doors and gotten all 5 symbols marked on your hand, you'll now have access to all 5 symbol buttons on the four disks in the center of the big chamber. To unlock this achievement, starting with all disks inactive and with your back to the stairs that lead into this chamber, on the front left disk press the leftmost button; on the front right disk press the top middle button. This should cause you to look up into the sky and see a scene, unlocking this achievement.
