For this achievement, you need to gain 50 yards in a quarter. This can be done in any quarter of the game.
I did this using the 2 controller method.
Offense: Use running play "cowboy"
Defense: Use any pass prevent play
Simple snap the ball with
and run the ball straight up the middle. You should be able to easily grind out anywhere from 10-20 yards on every play. Rinse and repeat a few times and you should be able to get this in about 5 or 6 plays.
