How to unlock the Trick or threat achievement in Cannibal Abduction - Definitive Guide

In The Night of the Scissors, the Halloween event is only available after your first playthrough. On your second playthrough, when the game starts, walk through the first door and into the hallway with checkered floor. There should be a pumpkin on the floor that wasn't there on the first playthrough. Interacting with the pumpkin will begin the Halloween event. 3 Halloween Treat collectables will now spawn on the map.
