For this achievement, you need to obtain 25,000 CASPO in one attempt of either Score Challenge or Timed Challenge. I would say to pick the game you are best at and try beating it in one go. I found it's really easy getting this playing Mega Man: The Power Battle in Score Challenge. I didn't even beat it (got to the first Wily stage with Proto Man) and finished with 27,000 CASPO. Achievement unlocked!
