Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium

You can easily grab this while playing SONSON (the free game).

Select SONSON from the library.
Select Game Settings.
Apply the following settings:

Difficulty Level: Very High
Starting Lives: 7
Bonus Lives: Type 1
Game Speed: Slow

You can choose any game speed but I found "Slow" the best way to do this achievement.

Then select "Start Game". Do not choose timed challenge or score challenge, they only make obtaining this achievement more difficult.

Play the game. This game is short, I think it only has 20 short levels and took me around 20 mins. Whenever you were hit, just press RT to rewind. It does not void the achievement. I kept using rewind whenever I was cornered or lost a life. I managed to beat the game on Very Hard only dying 1 time (so I still had 6 lives when I beat the game.)

Overall, this achievement is very easy to get. You just need to be a little bit patient and keep using rewind feature. I had never played SONSON and I am not a veteran arcade gamer. Yet, I managed to get this achievement on my first try.
