All games from this bundle have continues enabled as default. Lose all lives in any game to get to the Continue screen. Press any button before the timer counts down to zero to resume the game.

After running out of lives in any game, you will get a continue screen. Press the 
button to use a continue and the trophy will unlock. Can be earned either offline or online. Using a continue will come naturally. Even if you lower the difficulty all the way, eventually you will run out of lives.

This will come naturally after losing all your lives in a game and choosing to continue when the screen prompts you to do so.
