I found an even easier method through Morrigan. She does her Splash Labido move. You actually can use it very quickly during matches. I actually done this twice without warning.

Nice one. Literally all I do was hold forward and press X over and over and like the fourth or fifth attack in my very first fight sent them around the world. Thanks.

I tried it out, it was super easy with your method. I tried making a video, but it messed up a bit, right when the achievement happened lol

Following XboxClown89 and NamelessxDread's suggestions. Just press forward and X with Morrigan. Sorry my video kind of skips when the actual thing happens

This is a frustrating Achievement. I left a full uncut play of me getting it , so you too should get it within 5 minutes.
Set the game options to this :
Game Difficulty : 0
Attack Power : Low
Timer Speed : Slow
Choose Ken.
Keep doing special moves to try and get your opponent in a corner. I kept doing
-(Shoryuken)
After doing 3 or 4 start saving after each one that doesnt make your opponent dizzy.
Now what you want to do is to get a save where one more hit will make your opponent dizzy. Once you have that save locked in then move to the next step.
Now hold backwards and push your special (
) to change in to the horse and kick your opponent. It must be a counter though to get the around the world achievement.
If you dont get it , keep loading your save state and doing the backwards button until you get lucky with a counter sending them around the world and unlocking your achievement.
Once I figured it out I got it within 5 minutes... I hope this helps you as well.
