How to unlock the Come On, Baby achievement in Capcom Fighting Collection - Definitive Guide
This is one of the more tricky moves to execute.
First thing you need to do is choose Demitri as your fighter. You can add a 2nd controller to make this easier or do it against a level 0 CPU opponent.
When the fight starts you need to build meter to get to 1 super meter so you can perform the move. You can do this easily by spamming special attacks that dont actually hit your opponent. I was using the old Shoryuken move (.Once you have 1 Super gauge you are ready to execute the move.
To execute the move stand right next to your and then do the following :
(5263 X+Y)

Also you can use the input “back button + left Trigger” to do Midnight Bliss.

You can actually bind special moves including the Midnight Bliss to one button to make this a lot easier. I bound mine to X. This same technique could be applied to any of the other achievements requiring you to do certain special EX moves. To do this, go into controller settings and go to any button you wish and scroll through until you see [character] Name of Special Move.
I played against a dummy controller. Build up at least one meter and then simply hit X (or whatever button you bound the move to) close to the opponent.
