This is another relatively easy Achievement.
First thing you need to do is choose Lilith as your fighter. You can add a 2nd controller to make this easier or do it against a level 0 CPU opponent.
When the fight starts you need to build meter to get to 2 super meters so you can perform the move. You can do this easily by spamming special attacks that dont actually hit your opponent. I was using the old Shoryuken move (
.Once you have 2 Super gauges you are ready to execute the move.
To execute the move either stand right next to your opponent or stand about half screen away, then do the following :
(41236 A+B) ( backward,down,forward,A+B)
