Super easy to obtain once you know what to do. As you are fighting you will see various characters float by on a cloud, you need to look for Son Son (if you aren’t familiar with him he’s a monkey with a bo staff) once he’s on screen do your best to time a jump so you can attack his cloud once you do he should spit out a bunch of gem power up’s just grab one to unlock the achievement.

In any fight, sometimes a small character will fly up in the screen. Watch for a small monkey wearing a red and yellow outfit on a small cloud. When you see him, jump and hit him and he will drop items. Pick up at least one of them and the trophy will be yours.
This is easier when done with a second controller because you can wait for SonSon to appear.
