I think the other guide is perfect if you are going for both this and no continues but if you are just going for Record Breaker I would suggest a far easier method -

Access the Game Settings for Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors - set game difficulty to 0, attack power to 9, and max rounds to 6. Make sure Huitzil/Phobos & Pyron are enabled on the EX Settings tab and proceed into game.

On character select, scroll to Anakaris and press down to find Huitzil (EN)/ Phobos (JP) and start with them.

Once in game just spam Plasma Beam (quarter circle forward and punch [high] or kick [low]) and you’ll get the achievement before even completing the game. I primarily stick to Plasma Beam (Low) and got hit a couple times but still played through the entire offline mode with an end score of 1792700 and no challenge whatsoever.

The easiest way to get the Record Breaker and Unbeatable Warrior Achievement in one game is by playing Super Gem Fighter Minimix

Change your game options to the following :

Game Difficulty : 1( You need it to be 1 and not 0 to get the Unbeatable Warrior Achievement)
Attack Power : Maximum
Timer Speed : Slow
Max Rounds : 1 (First to 1)

You can choose any character you want. In my video I chose Ibuki.
All you have to do is walk , run or jump to your opponent and spam .
Just keep doing that to win each round. The easiest is to do the and then run up to them and as they get back up do it again. Just keep repeating. I managed to finish on 1.5 Million and had my 1 Million with 2 fights remaning.

If you do this without using a continue you will also unlock the Unbeatable Warrior Achievement.

To make 100% sure you get both done in 1 game push and create a quick save before each fight. If you lose you can then just push and load your save and continue.
