How to unlock the This Is No Magic Trick! achievement in Capcom Fighting Collection - Definitive Guide

This is another relatively easy Achievement.

First thing you need to do is choose Bishamon as your fighter. You can add a 2nd controller to make this easier or do it against a level 0 CPU opponent.

When the fight starts you need to build meter to get to 1 super meter so you can perform the move. You can do this easily by spamming special attacks that dont actually hit your opponent.

To execute the move keep hitting your opponent until they have about 1/4 health left. stand right next to your opponent and holding forward push the Y button to throw them. As soon as you throw them push cn_downcn_downcn_Xcn_Y which will do the Togakubi Sarashi move finishing off your opponent and earning the Achievement.

I just found out that you can actually bind special moves including the Togakubi Sarashi to one button to make this a lot easier. I bound mine to X. This same technique could be applied to any of the other achievements requiring you to do certain special EX moves. To do this, go into controller settings and go to any button you wish and scroll through until you see [character] Name of Special Move.

On the second round make sure you have at least 1 meter and whittle the enemy's health down to about one third (I played against a dummy controller). Throw them by holding forward and pressing Y, then quickly hit whatever button you've bound the move to.

I tried doing the finishing move on the first round but it didn't seem to work.

What you need to do is quickly trip your opponent then quickly press button EX button and down. This can be tricky to pull off. More importantly try to leave a small amount of health on your opponent in your attempts. Of course you could play it safe by doing an quick save. If done correctly this move will cut your opponent in half while they're on the ground.
