Missable! Save your game (remember, separate slot) before you enter their house. Once inside, an automatic event will start a timer and you will have to break out of the house before it runs out. If it does, leave the game, copy the secondary savefile over the primary one and continue the game from the primary slot to try again.

Important for another trophy: speak to Elizabeth again by clicking on her as soon as the sequence starts, this is a one time opportunity only!

This is how to do it:

Pick up the purse from the ground and use it on the guns on the cupboard. Then combine the gun powder in your inventory with the gun you already have. Afterwards, use the gunpowder on the door, then use your sword on the curtains. The fringe you cut off must be used on the door as well, followed by using the matches on it. You must be quick or else you must try again – trophy missed. After the cutscene, beat the minigame.
