This is the boss of the Gas Station Night map (the first red one, which is currently second to last). Be aware that some enemies prior to the boss have the drone stun ability, so don't go into this map expecting to farm upgrades prior to the fight.

The rocket launcher is cheap, use this to help. It'll auto kill the last 25% of the boss hp.

Quick note: Although the totem doesn't give abilities after the final one at level 80, it does upgrade your Max HP as used for boss fights. Basically, allowing you to run longer. If you're having trouble even with high-level drones and guns, slap some money onto the totem to see if you last longer.
