Once you reach Level 5, you can head over to the Junkyard. Once at the Junkyard, you can search the piles of junk, and they randomly have the chance to have a crate in them. Open the crate, and pick two of the five cards, and you have a random chance to find a barn location. Repeat visits to the junkyard until you get a Barn location card.

Then, once you reach level 10, you can travel to the Barn location, and purchase a car from the Barn.

Just a tip, the cars in the barn locations are usually more than the Junkyard cars, and can be in better condition, too. Make sure you bring your wallet!
