For this achievement, you can simply buy 100 small rubber bushing parts from the main shop. You need at least 800 credits to buy 100 of them, less if you unlocked discounted prices for parts. You can save the game right before buying them and then load that save so you can get your money back.

If you, like me, have a problem where the counter is stuck at 96%, you must do the following (This method will RESET ALL PROGRESS counters, so use it ONLY AFTER getting the rest of the achievements :
Delete all console saves
Disconnect from the network
Login to CMS and create a new game
Connect to the network
Buy in the store 100 parts
Exit the game and restart it
In the synchronization window, select your main saves

Achievement will drop in the main menu
