What I did was start a new save using putting cms2021promo as my name. This starts you off with a $500k bonus. I then went to the shop computer and searched "arm". Arms cost $5 and I think $5 is the cheapest cost. You can only buy things in quantities of 50 at a time. Took maybe 10 minutes or so. You'll also unlock
The New and shiny achievement in Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 worth 22 pointsBuy 100 parts from main shop
for buying 100 items. Then you can sell these parts to unlock
The So many unneeded parts achievement in Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 worth 37 pointsSell 1000 parts from inventory

I came here after figuring out something similar. I did not start a new save with a promo name.
But I did start by first SAVING the game where I was. I had about 40,100 credits. Then I started buying up the 5 credit options in the main store in batches of 50 (the max for each time) then just bought another 50, and another, and another. I don’t care how much money I spend, because when it’s done, even if I just have 100 credits left, I just load my previous save and I’m back to 40,100 credits (and I don’t have to sell 3000 little items!)
But I did start by first SAVING the game where I was. I had about 40,100 credits. Then I started buying up the 5 credit options in the main store in batches of 50 (the max for each time) then just bought another 50, and another, and another. I don’t care how much money I spend, because when it’s done, even if I just have 100 credits left, I just load my previous save and I’m back to 40,100 credits (and I don’t have to sell 3000 little items!)

Valve Push Rods are also 5 credits each in case anyone is looking for something else that is the cheapest too.
