Fixing 50 body parts sounds pretty simple, and is, once you unlock the ability to repair body parts.

First you will need to purchase the following upgrades:

• Garage Expansion for $10,000

• Body Repair Station for $2,500

After those have been purchased, you needed to invest your SP in the following Skills:

• Renovator 1-6, (total of 21 SP)

Once you have those unlocked/purchased, its as simple as repairing 50 body parts. The parts that count toward this are:

• Doors (Left & Right, Front & Rear)

• Fenders (Left & Right)

• Bumpers (Front & Rear)

• Hood

• Trunk

In the Workshop, there are 3 different body repair tables, they all work the same. Select one of those tables, select the body part you want to repair, and stop the cursor in the green areas. Repeat until achievement pops. Body parts have to have a minimum starting condition of 15% to be repaired.

My process for this was to buy as many junkyard cars as I could afford, wash the outside, and inside of the car, use the welder to repair the body, then pull off all of the repairable body parts and repair those and replace them on the car. Then I would sell the car, and most of the time the car was now worth more than I bought it from the junkyard for.
