This achievement should probably be left until you have pretty much done everything else in the game, however, there is a way to speed this up. Locate the radio next to the PC monitor in front of 'Car Lift A'. When you select the radio you will have a few options including an option to 'Skip Track'. You can skip through the songs in order to make progress towards the achievement, however it only adds to your percentage if you wait for the song title to appear in the top left part of your screen before skipping.
According to some of the comments below, this can in fact be a little faster if you choose to turn the radio off and then on again. You must however still wait for the song title to appear before turning the device off and on each time.

Two more quick tips:
1. The achievement still progresses if you turn the music volume down to zero from the main menu.
2. The songs on the classical station are pretty short, so if you want the most bang for your zero-volume buck, turn it on and watch the song counter climb.

Turn on/off is a couple seconds faster than Skip Track, still wait for the track name to appear.
