OK, this is a little bit of a grind and quite tedious, but below I have included a video that I took through the Xbox to help you all with the process - and to show you what I found to be the quickest way to grind out 100 Tyres.

You'll want to purchase two rims and two tyres (ones that fit together, i.e. 18-inch rims into an 18-inch tyre). You could potentially get a third tyre as a back-up in case you are struggling with timing it right between the two following processes - I found it can be difficult to get the timing right sometimes when I was rushing to separate and install the rims again on the Tyre Changer.

So the process is like this:
- Purchase 2/3 rims
- Purchase 2/3 tyres which fit the rims
Purchasing can be done via Tablet in the quick menu if you have it unlocked, or through the computer at the back of your garage
- Install rim into the tyre at the Tyre Changer
- Once installed, remove from Tyre Changer and insert into Wheel Balancer
- With your other tyres, start installing the rims into them via Tyre Changer
- Remove the tyre from Wheel Changer, replace with a tyre that needs balancing
- Separate the balanced tyre from the rim via Tyre Changer
- Keep repeating, 100 times

This process can also be used for the "Flawless Vulcanizer" achievement for balancing 1,000 tyres; However, I recommend doing it between other achievements as it will take a long time and will become very tedious, very quickly.
