How to unlock the Fair millionaire achievement in Car Mechanic Simulator - Definitive Guide
This will come with time. (I was around the first car repair achievement when this unlocked which is only 375/1500.)
Edit 1: Income seems fairly consistent. If anything, it increases once you complete the Story jobs and switch to regular ones. At 1500/1500 jobs, I had around $4,200,000 so there is plenty of leeway!
This needs to be done in Normal Mode. Simply play the game and complete jobs, both story (highlighted in blue on the job list) and regular.
A couple of tips:
- only fix the listed items for each job,
- unlock the talents for repairing and for shop discounts when you can (you'll eventually be able to get them all),
- Once you can, repair items. **I had lots of problems with this. I found it easier to purchase replacement items and, once the job was complete, repair and sell the items**
- While progressing through the story, keep an eye on the random jobs. I found the gearbox, exhaust and (once unlocked) painting jobs very quick and easy,
- If you're just here for achievements, open the crates and sell the stuff inside.
If you want to go for this achievement specifically, you could maybe buy broken cars at the barns/junkyard and fix them up - I didn't do this so I don't know how much profit there is. Otherwise, just keep playing and completing jobs and this will unlock eventually.
Edit 2: 1500 jobs is mind-numbingly grindy, even if you stick to the shorter, easier jobs. If you have any interest in going for the late-game achievements, I don't recommend wasting your time with barn/junkyard vehicles.

This achievement popped as soon as I had 1 million on me. I was getting worried that it wasn't going to pop.
I also got this right after the 375 cars fixed.
