How to unlock the Inside matters achievement in Car Mechanic Simulator - Definitive Guide
You can do this once you reach garage expansion three at level 30. You do this either by progressing through the 'story', or in sandbox by simply buying all the upgrades.
Once you have upgraded your garage, you will find a cleaning trolley over the right hand side in front of the office. Have a car in your garage, walk up to the trolley and use it. Bingo.

I obtained this in the "Sandbox" mode (unlimited money, all skills available, and no customer cars), if you wish to obtain this trophy outside of your story playthrough.
You can still follow this guide if you wish to do this within your story/normal mode, though you need to have your garage upgraded to Level 3 expansion, which is around 30 Skill points/experience/rating.
It also costs $100 to use the Interior Detailing Toolkit.
To get to Sandbox:
--> main menu
--> profiles
--> create new in an empty slot
--> select the new profile
--> choose "Sandbox" mode
When you have progressed through the story to Level 3 upgrades, or spent all the skill points to reach full expansion in Sandbox mode, you will notice an "Interior Detailing Toolkit" on the right hand side, just past your office doorway in your garage. It's just a redish trolley with some spray bottles sitting on top.
Have a Car (yours, customer car, or random piece of metal junk) ready at a Lifter (A, B, or C).
To move a Car to a Lifter:
--> have a Car in the garage, it can't be in parking
--> when next to the car
--> toggle to "Move Car" (orange icon)
--> press on "Move Car"
--> toggle around and select which ever Lifter you wish
Walk over to the Interior Detailing Toolkit and press . Toggle to "Move" (green icon) and select with . Toggle around to which ever Lifter the car is on, and press once again.
The Kit should now be next to the selected Lifter.
Walk over to the Kit again, and press . Toggle to "Use" and then .
Confirm with .
It is up to you if you wish to put the Kit back. To do so, stand next to it and . Toggle (i believe) to select "Place Back" with .
