Look in the phone menu for orders that have "experience bonus" under the cars condition bar just to the left of the cars picture.

When you open the orders menu, you'll see bonus jobs that have a limited timeframe to accept and complete them.
on the far left the job page details a cars condition and has an image of the vehicle itself. Under these two will be a banner saying "bonus experience". Accept on and complete it without faults to get the trophy.
Some are glitched and don't show up as bonus experience jobs.
To ensure that you don't make a mistake, aim the camera at the car, hit
to being up the LMB and choose 'car condition'. In this menu, you'l find all the job details. Go over to the right with the parts that need replacing and press 
on each one. This will highlight the parts that need replacing in blue within inspection mode.
