Really simple achievement to earn, follow this process:
- Sandbox Mode
- Go to either the main garage door (Map) or the blue door close to the garage door (Parking)
- Select Parking (if you used the Map)
- Proceed to go down the list of levels (Level 2 - 10), individually selecting each one to purchase the level.
This is done by pressing
on the next level, then again on the pop-up that appears
- Repeat until 10 levels have been purchased
Note
If you are looking at earning the Sell Cars achievements, I recommend buying Parking levels up to the maximum (Level 13).
I have been reminded by Rasilitin in the comments that it costs money to purchase each level, starting from 25k and increasing. This will only matter if you are not in Sandbox mode - I would still recommend knocking this achievement out in Sandbox for a quick 40g

Of course, how did I forget to add that in - I think it was because I did this on Sandbox mode. Appreciate the reminder thankyou

You can also buy any parking lots in career, and if you have no money left load the game but DO NOT SAVE. Just reload the save and you will have your money back and as a (glitch) bonus, you will have the parking lots unlocked!

Underrated solution. I used the pie menu, setttings, load game and got a few levels for free. I was already at 9 and don't have enough cash for the last couple. Wish I'd seen this earlier
